Dr. Godwyns Ade Agbude is a scholar, leadership practitioner, and creative visionary with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and leadership development. He serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The School of Leadership and Discipleship, a values-driven institute committed to developing leaders of character, competence, and purpose for impact in society and faith-based spaces.
He has been a university don for over a decade, teaching and mentoring students across disciplines related to leadership, politics, governance, and development. Dr. Agbude holds advanced academic qualifications in Philosophy, Political Science, and Organizational Leadership, and his scholarly work spans leadership studies, public policy, political leadership, governance, and development studies.
Dr. Agbude has published over 40 peer-reviewed academic papers and scholarly works in reputable journals and platforms, contributing to global conversations on leadership, ethics, governance, policy, and societal transformation. His research interests sit at the intersection of leadership theory, political leadership, public policy, development, and values-based governance.
Beyond academia, Dr. Agbude is deeply engaged in practical leadership formation and public education. He is the Founder of Godwyns Agbude Studios and Charis Films, where he explores leadership, morality, faith, social responsibility, and human behavior through film, media, and storytelling. His filmmaking journey reflects his conviction that leadership education must go beyond classrooms and conferences to shape culture, influence minds, and tell transformative stories that resonate with everyday life.
Through teaching, research, ministry, media, and mentorship, Dr. Agbude brings a rare blend of academic rigor, practical leadership insight, Christian worldview, and creative communication.
